Our local council has made it a requirement that cat owners don't let their cat roam outdoors, either at night, or even in the daytime. It is very hard to contain a cat within your back or front yard, as they keep on jumping over the fence.
So, in this tutorial we're going to show you how to attach your DIY Cat Enclosure to a brick wall and metal fascia of your house/shed, and also a few helpful hints and solutions to problems you might come up against.
I will go through some tips on various ways to mount the cat enclosure to the brick wall, modification of saddles (hack), and a tip to save you when you drill a hole that is not deep enough for the rawl plug you have just hammered into the brick.
I really hope this helps you to work out what is involved in making your own DIY cat enclosure on a budget.

Just on a side note, our cat is a Maine Coon. We have a dog harness which we use to take him outside regularly as well, to give him some extra freedom outside. If you want to see this in action, I'm thinking of posting a video tutorial about that as well. Let me know in the comments.
