Its Habit forming ! Cutting Expenses, Like cutting the cable TV off. Go free Tv. cut a 100 a month off here and there fine ways to saving on your electric . like a off and on switch on your hot water tanks SAVE YOU AT LESS 75 dollars a month. Those night street lights cost 35 dollars a month on electric for each one ~ CUT EM OFF. I had 6 of them. I went to motion lights. There so cool . They detect motion up to 30' away ! I got a few battery operated ones to! If the power goes off~ soon as i open a door, they turn on, and as i walk they turn on and off . SO COOL> Some one come up around my house at night > are SHOCKED by lights. i can tell if some one out there too. and shop for the best deals ! Keep up the good work 👍👍

Nice tips! When you turn your hot water tank back on to get ready to take a shower how long does it take to heat back up?
@426superbee4
3 жыл бұрын
You will need a 220 to 240 volt switch. 15 min only 👍 i run it for 30 min and shut the hot water tank back down. or When i step out of the shower, that give me enough hot water to wash dishes with ect I quit using the dish washer! Cause it uses WAY TO MUCH WATER unless i'am really tire and a lot of dishes stacked up for help! You need to used the dish washer every now and then, to keep the seal soft and working

Make it a family thing show them how to use it. And to keep it turned off after uses. There no need for hot water 24/7 days a week only when needed. Rest of the time its waisted energy ==> JUST, JACKS UP YOUR ELECTRIC BILL > Big families might need a 220 volt timer on it > like on 7am off at 7pm ect when the showers and baths are over . >> I like the off and on switch. I show people that spend the night and time here how to use it

Yes this space is TEENY TINY and we had to be sure we could fit it. Getting it into position was pretty questionable.

Good idea except I would want a brooder that opens from the top rather than the sides because I'm sure it's quite chaotic trying to control them once the door opens to do any maintenance.

You did great! I love it! I love using stuff just kicking around to make stuff like this. I’m thinking of doing a single bunny hutch similar to this. I like your design.
@OldReddingFarm

Yeah i bet this would be great for bunnies as long as there was also something solid to keep the poops from falling down onto the lower level.

It should work but need some thing to make the pellets roll off the cage under it Like roofing tin for each cage
@Rick_Sanchez_C137_
3 жыл бұрын
Use roofing tin if you will make a catch pan for the bunny pellets, or use tin or HDPE sheet if you will install it at an angle sloped backwards for the bunny pellets to slide out the back, either into a trough, compost pile, or aquaponics setup to feed the fish (frequently you can get cheap HDPE cutting boards cheaper by sq ft than you can find plastics stores selling HDPE sheet… and you can check garage sales, dollar stores, or goodwill for even cheaper)…

Awesome job! Like the concept and the cat being in the video. Our barn cats, all 3 of them, follow me around EVERYWHERE! Video bombing. But they do add comedy sometimes. The BIGGEST announcement huh. Give out some clues?
@OldReddingFarm

Maybe some clues coming out in a short today :) and we need a few more barn cats for sure since this one is a slacker and wants to be an inside cat.

@@OldReddingFarm could be a slacker during the day but if the cat stays outdoors at night, especially Spring & Summer I bet that cat is a hunting machine.

and a year later, I would say make the doors slide both ways. The way the door is designed it is one door that slides to one side, if we were to go back we would make doors on both sides that slide either direction to make it easier to catch the little chicks :)
