Go for it. The kits are $100 or so. Did one several years ago. Stuff worked great. When you think you are done prepping, be picky check your work several times. Prep work is the key to a great final product.

You worked hard but believe me chemically etching the concrete is not effective to remove oil grease ect. Concrete grinding is the only way to get a long life on a coating. Epoxy is not uv protected and also because of the small amount of flake in these kits you don't have a good texture on the floor. It's also extremely slick when wet. It looks great but have seen many of these floors fail after 6 months. Temperature effects install as well as humidity Alot of work for a short term floor.
