Lovely. ❤️ A clean space to work with is exciting. This is exactly how I created the 12 nest boxes for my hen house. There are 3 shelves. Each shelf is 2’ deep and each shelf is separated into for 4 partitioned nest spaces across. I created individual nest boxes in each space and screwed them into place. The nest boxes are 12” x 12” x 4” for large breed egg layers. Each filled with large pine shavings. The shelves start at 2’ off the floor and are equally spaced upward. The top nests are perfect for the “flightier” birds. The floor space under the shelves is used for the brooder for new chicks and broody hens with a clutch of eggs. I created a framed removable panel and a door using hardware cloth on the frame to secure the space for little chicks. This is the 4th hen house interior I have created using this design. The most important design I have learned is to use exterior patio/step paint for the floor. I rolled on 4 coats on the OSB for easy clean up. 🥚🐓❤️ This is a wonderful project for children to learn to raise and grow their own eggs.

This is exactly what I need to do in my shed to get it organized!!! Right now I have all kinds of stuff just stacked all over the place and I can't even begin to get to the back of the shed without stepping on stuff and hoping that when I do I don't break anything underneath!!! Unfortunately, it's how I inherited the shed!!! But, THANKS TO YOU, I now know how to build some shelves!!❤❤❤❤

We didn't even realize how much stuff we had accumulated until I started removing them from the shelves in the garage. it's crazy how quickly we can keep stuff we don't need... ! Good luck on yours! once you get some momentum it gets easier! Hopefully the shelves help you! ❤️
