In this video, we're going to show you how to make a ceiling-mounted clothes drying rack that is easy to build and cheap to make. This rack is perfect for small spaces, and it can be customized to fit your needs.
This diy project is perfect for anyone who wants to save space in their closet and improve the efficiency of their clothes drying process. By using this rack, you'll be able to dry your clothes
For those who live in an apartment or who do not have a large and spacious laundry room, laundry can be a problem at home. If you do not have a dryer, the laundry must be hung up to dry, but what do you do if you do not have room to hang up the laundry.
This is a problem that I think many people can actually recognize themselves in. Drying racks can be bought for cheap at IKEA or other furniture stores, BUT they are rarely very practical. Most of the drying racks that can be bought are fold-out and take up a lot of space.
It then becomes a problem for those who do not have much space to hang their wet clothes. It's not so nice that there are clothes hanging a little everywhere back home.
We at Two Inspire came up with the idea of building a super simple drying rack for clothes that are hung from the ceiling. A solution that is well suited for mounting over bathtubs or empty surfaces.
This drying rack for clothes that we built is really simple to build and nothing luxurious but purely a practical and cheap solution to a problem.
We used PVC pipes and bendings for them, clothesline and mounting device for the ceiling.
The PVC pipes were cut to the right length and sharp edges were removed, then we measured and drilled holes at regular intervals in the pipes.
The PVC pipes were assembled into a square and the washing line was inserted into the holes. Then all the pipes were glued together. We also put two pipes in the middle to provide extra stability for the construction of the drying rack.
The drying rack was mounted on the ceiling with rollers to be able to be raised and lowered. In this way, the drying rack can be at the right height when the laundry is put in place and then hoisted up to be out of the way.
Building this ceiling-mounted drying rack for clothes was easy to implement, fun and inexpensive. Hope you liked the movie.
