Very nice! If I could make one suggestion (which you may have already thought about) maybe put some skids on the front and back of the bottom of the deck so that the corners can't dig into the ground when swinging and would double as wear protection.

Sir , you are a very gifted individual . This has to be the coolest thing I’ve seen on one of these mini excavators . I’ve been wanting one for awhile now and I think I’m going to have to get one !!

Ive wanted to make something similar to this but with its own engine powering it so the main engine doesnt have to rev or make the controls jumpy. I think I have everything to do it, just not the time yet. Thanks for sharing your video series on this!!

Run a case drain line back to the tank for less restriction and less oil heat. The tank should have another port welded in for this already.

How does it affect your hydraulic flow running that motor constantly? Is yours a dual pump model?
@kevincrawford2027

It does slow the other functions down. It is a single pump.

I’m amazed that hydraulic motor could handle all that demand for such a high flow situation. Sorry I may have missed it but does this model use a 5/16 or 1/4 inch auxiliary line?

Been thinking on building one of these for my bank. Was wondering if they move enough fluid to spin a Hydraulic powered mower

What little I have used mine so far seems to work ok. It does slow down the other functions some but not enough to be a problem.

Your a genius @Papaunk love it!!!. Looking forward to having you in the community. Thanks for joining... What are the rpm's on that thing? Curious how this effects the hydraulic temperature.

I will check some time. It's put away now till I get something to mow. It doesn't run as fast as a regular lawn mower. The motor pulley is a little less than half the size of the spindle pulley. Motor rpm was around 2500/3000 so a little less than 1500 max I would guess.
