In this video I'll make a new HDD cage from aluminium profile.
This was my second attempt at making a DIY drive cage for my server case. The first time I used styrofoam to make the bottom part, but after releasing the video, I started disliking what I had built more and more. The aluminium top part which I made in the previous video was also not very well made, mostly because the measuring and marking tools I used were not precise enough. While it proved that the basic concept is fine, it was also a very cheap solution, and like I just mentioned, it had flaws. That's why I remade the HDD cage in this video.
