Nicely done! Now I know how to add a zipper to center front of a shirt. And the collar/neckband is nice when curved in the center like that. I was surprised when you added the zipper AFTER the shirt was made, instead of inserting it when the front was a flat piece. Thank you for showing measurements of the pieces such as neckband and zipper.

early notification !🤗 heyya, i can definitely see myself wearing this kind of shirt a lot. i wear hijab, so this would definitely fit in my wardrobe. Thanks Aya~ i think you should try making dresses w tulle next, or maybe denim jacket from scratch. there's not that many tutorial on that yet.

Fantastic video.. Can I ask? Before you use your serger (overlocker) you first use your regular sewing machine... Do you use a straight stitch... I thought on knits the stitches will tear out?

Why didn't you ironed the stay tape first before cutting right down the middle?

Probably stabilizes the very thin fabric so it doesn't get too wavy or lose it's shape when the zipper is installed.🤷🏾♀️
