you have a lovely house :) personally i would have gone with some tile that looks like rock (idk the proper name) for the looks but for the sake of sounds this is awsome hope you get many years of enjoyment out of this :)

Looks great. Only thing I would do different is make sure the tub is lower than the sides so splash water also runs back into the to tub, so you don't lose water to splashing. I really like the metal roofing on the back makes it really stand out. Good Job!

Great video Jason, I love the simplicity of it all! I can't wait to build mine on a bigger scale. On another note, it looks like you live in a beautiful brand new subdivision surrounded by two stories. Talking from my own experience, If I were you I'd start planting some Italian Cypresses along the fences with your two story neighbors to ensure your privacy in the future. You'll be amazed how fast the years go by and you'll wish you did!

Very nice. How much water is lost to splashing outside the target area? Its always an issue. Hope you decided to put pvc inside the enclosed wood. That corrugated pipe will collect debts over time and start to break down. You've inspired me to build something similar. I'll have to record the prosses and share with you the direct result of your sharing this with us.

I think at the time it was $150 to $200. Lumber prices have been all over the place since then. Appreciate you watching the video.

What is the lid that you put on top of the container? What’s it called? And will the wood frame submerged in water end up rotting ?
@LarryDickman1

The lid probably comes with the tub.If it is ground rated PT, the wood shouldn't rot. Though the support under the lid should have all sharps edges beveled to prevent the liner abrasion over time. He did a good job on this.

Did you have a problem with the water seeping out i made a similar version and i cant get my water to stay inside the tote what would you recommend

Build up the sides with rock to make it higher than the lid. The water will hit the rocks and fall back into the lid.
