I totally suck as a old guy. See as a mechanic most all of my life, I should know stuff like this yet you teach me more than I learned in forty plus years of wrenching, cussing like a idiot, then breaking something when mad. Well that was the first fifty years, since tho, I smartened up... very LATE in life and so just live with it. I found out everytime I had some issue with something, it was a poor decision made by myself and just me alone. You are so darn talented in so many ways. I just love the saying of yours... if your not having fun, then you are doing it wrong. I share that on a good many other videos that i watch, and yes you get the credit for it each and every time. I am old but no liar or thief.

Yep the best thing you can do in life is accept your failures and work on them and try to make them better and try to teach yourself how to be better I'm only 38 and that's something I have definitely learned already I'm trying to not like stupid things that I've done on my own to piss me off so much but I still let them sometimes

Not everyone in the trades gets the opportunity to play with equipment without consequences. You / I worked 40 plus hours a week we just tried to earn a living and didn’t usually have time to invent or the environment and equipment to do it with.I don’t have the surplus IQ or energy to be doing things I don’t need to absolutely need to be doing. I learn from James like you and I’m almost 70, and have come to accept we are not all gifted the same. James is a very talented and intelligent person and I am grateful to be average.

Every time I watch one of your videos, I end up thinking "this guy is pretty smart". Then, I chuckle to myself when you do "questionable" things, and I realize that you and I aren't very different at all. I mean that as a compliment even though it doesn't really sound like one. I love how relatable you are. Like how you say things like “ I’m gonna tell myself that I’ll deal with that in the future and it’ll be fine.” I love it. And also I have to say , you’re ideas on all this wheel Buisiness is genius. Love how you mounted the plasma to the thing and then turned the wheel while cutting. And also the grinder. I’m trying to find that older video on how you did that because I must have missed that one. Love this channel thank you.

Wheels, even when the backspacing, wheel bolt pattern, and outer diameter, can still be pain. I have an early eighties Dodge D350 and there's only two Dodge wheels on it. The others are either ford or GM and they don't fit on the rear axle, they don't clear Dodge's center hole. trying to find a set of 17" steel wheels in a style I like that fit's the Dodge center hole has been a minor pain in the butt.
