Beautiful! I just found your channel and I am totally charmed! One of my favorite things is making art with all manner of things already in my house! There’s such a sense of freedom and discovery in that process.

Absolutely adored everything about this tutorial. For me, recycling and repurposing is a way of life. However, that doesn’t mean I’m not tempted by the myriad of journaling supplies out there. But I stop myself, cause owning loads of products isn’t great for a menopausal procrastinator. It just messes with my head and only serves to stifle my creativity. As you say, keep it simple. And whenever in doubt I remind myself of two things; comparison is the the thief of joy and necessity is the mother of invention 🖤

LOVE the origami picture frame and the artwork in it. Thanks for the tips on what to do with the rest of the book pages. I've got 8 bundles of book innards that will be getting a new life this weekend. Have a BLESSED week!

Another great video. I appreciate the way you use items around the home as craft tools such as you did with the bell for your circles. Equally, repurposing items for new art is rewarding. Thank you for sharing your ideas with all of us.

I think that's one of the things that attracted me to junk journaling and scrapbooking as an art outlet. Sure, you can go out and buy all of the die cuts and tools, but there's something rewarding about figuring things out with the unexpected tools that are around you. Thank you again for sharing your kind words!

I LOVE the origami frame you made and the scrap square design in the middle! Definitely my favorite part.. and um.. yes I’m one of those Michael’s/ Hobby Lobby people. But I found your videos and looking to try new things!! :)

I love these ideas and will be using them! May I add another couple ideas? You can use pages to make paper beads of all shapes and sizes. They make fantastic JJ spine jewellery. You can also make pillow stars which you can string together to make garland.

I love these ideas. Been watching scrapbooking for a long time, but not a big fan of the idea of buying lots of stuff and just glue them on. This seems to make the whole experience much more unique and personal. I make dioramas and miniature scenery and use recycle material as much as possible, and I just loved this video. For sure I will start to make my own scrapbook soon!!

@@1134Press One of my favourite creators is Luke Towan, he makes astonishing miniature scenery. Real Terrain Hobbies also has many great videos on scenery building. Minibricks, is another amazing creator. The Terrain Tutor for me is the ultimate hobby master, and has loads of tutorials. I just love the guy, xD. TheDMsCraft; BardsCraft, BlackMagicCraftOfficial, Miscast,, are classics also. And also... you can pop by my channel, Scratch Attack TV, were we also have many tutorials... only problem is my channel is in Spanish :( But I will be glad to answer any question!!
