In today's tutorial, I'll show you how I custom dyed an old pair of jeans using snow and tie dye powder! This technique is so much fun and would make a great activity for kids at home, a camp, or a youth group.
The end result of ice dye/snow dye is SO beautiful. It’s got an almost marbled or watercolor look to it with blended lines and pastel tones. These jeans have an almost "acid wash denim" look to them, with no bleach required! Much easier and less messy/dangerous than using a bleach product.
For this project I used a Tulip tie dye kit (linked below), as well as a foil roasting pan, some snow, a plastic grocery bag, and an old pair of jeans. If you have any questions, leave a comment and I’ll respond as soon as I can. Thanks for watching & subscribing. Happy crafting!
