Thanks for including information on the donor sled for this build. I've been scouring KZitem for snowdog build videos and it seems nobody ever talks about the process of identifying a good donor sled.

How balanced is it having the engine so far to the left to use the outside of the jack shaft for the sprocket? I'm about to mount my motor in the next few days and wasn't sure if it would make a huge difference.

It’s more tippy in corners with the engine side on the inside of turn. I plan to add ballast to the other side to balance it better. This setup makes the drivetrain a lot simplistic but has it’s downfalls

What size front sproket are you using? I have the same sled, leaning towards a 46 tooth. Looks nice and simple. perfect.

Engine from Harbor Freight $130 Clutch from eBay $70 Steel: $75 Sprocket and chain $50 Donor sled $150, but sold $125 in parts Throttle Cable $15
