This is so beautiful. I've seen this on Pinterest and to be honest I've even made one myself. Yours was much less expensive and easier to make. Thank you! The tutorial is step-by-step simple. Thanks for sharing

I love this centerpiece! I have my wedding coming up in September and i am wanting to do the Blooming Branches as my centerpiece. How would you suggest i do this if i am using real hydrangeas? I would still like the hanging tea lights but i am not sure how to adhere them since i can't stick the real flowers in the Styrofoam without them dying/wilting right away. Any help or ideas would be great ! Thank you!

Hi Celeste! You could attach a styrofoam ring around the rim of the vase and attach the tea lights to it. That way you would still can arrange the hydrangeas and branches inside the vase with water. This should give you the same effect. Happy DIYing! XOXO MissPlanIt

Miss PlanIt, How many stems would I need to create the floral arrangement around the vase? I am attempting 6 arrangements to use as centerpieces. I'm not sure of how many flowers to purchase. I am using Poinsettas and they come 5 stems on a bush. So do I cut them into individual stems or use the entire bush to layer my styrofoam? I love your videos by the way:)!
@MissPlanIt

Hi Ashley! Thank you so much for watching! A couple of tips. First, I would suggest that you paint the foam the same color green as the stems of your Poinsettias. This will make the finished product look fuller and camouflage the styrofoam. Second attach your Poinsettia stems in layers. I would suggest 3 layers; bottom, middle, top. With that being said I would suggest you use 15 to 20 stems for each layer. That would be between 9-12 bushels. Hope this helps! Happy DIYing! XOXO MissPlanIt
