Do I need to stop watering aeoniums in summer?
While I keep saying not to water your aeoniums when they are dormant, it doesn't mean that they would not appreciate a little sip now and then. What I mean when I say not to water is not to supplement watering especially if they are exposed to rain or if it is humid. They already get enough moisture that way. However if they are under cover or are not getting any water at all, you could spray some water at them once in a while. Just not too often. Don't do your regular watering routine on them.
If you accidentally end up giving them too much water, they will be shedding off their leaves so they don't absorb too much water. As you may know, succulents store water in their leaves and stem.
As for myself I do not water them since they are exposed to the elements. They get enough from rain now while it is summer.
