Apple Cider Skin Toner
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 glass water (about 8 oz.)
- 1 tsp. rosewater
- 2-3 drops essential oil (lavender or chamomile recommended)
Salt Scrubs
- 1 cup sea salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 10-20 drops of your preferred essential oils
Sugar Scrub
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup sugar
- 10 drops of your favorite essential oil such as lavender or eucalyptus
- Optional: 1 teaspoon vitamin E oil
Oat & Honey Face Mask
- Tablespoon of Natural Yoghurt
- Tablespoon of Oats
- A few drops of Honey
Soothing bath salts
- 3 cups epsom salt
- 1.5 cups pink Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 20 drops essential oils of your choice
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
