Don't follow your passion unless it'll make you a good living. Pick whatever professional path will give you a good chance at a secure job with steady income to survive that you'll be decent at and will be able to do on a daily basis, and then pursue passions on the side/weekends. If you're lucky, you may be able to make the jump some day.

Most things we are passionate about has no money in it. So whether we like it or not, most educated folks choose a few select career paths.

Uhm but just think of it this way , you're gonna be working 8 hours a day for 5 to six days a week. Count travelling , daily routine it becomes half of your day. You really think one can maintain a healthy society spending half it's life on things they're not in love with? It's like a woman stuck in arranged marriage for the sake of safety and security it provides , she might give her body to her husband but it's not out of love but out of compromise. Which for me personally is as bad as a rape!

Kushal brother, that is a total 'woke' haircut. 😅 ** I am a skeptic = So am I. So I agree. ** Follow your passion = Yes, that's what I do these days. If everyone only followed the most conservative path towards a stable life, there wouldn't be anyone left exceptional enough to talk about. What if someone is a natural risk taker and can handle the pressure to grind out success from difficult situations. Planning there life so conservatively would be a waste of their potential. Follow your passion if it makes sense. It's that simple.

You know how many years of having financial stability you miss. Be financially stable first and then if you can risk it, go ahead and follow your passion. It's not about leaving your passion entirely, but to be reasonable enough to ensure you are not just wasting time and resources which you definitely will regret. I will prefer to regret not following passion but having a few million dollars in hand than starving by following my passion.

@@pramod_p5 I'm financially stable for now. Hence I can take risks. Atleast I'm working for 3 years. My passion is different though. It's to do Masters and get into Research in an interdisciplinary field related to my current career. So it might be much more feasible
