It is so easy and fast dish to make with a very few ingredients and it just blows away everyone's mind! It is really that good.
The thing is, that "the great hummus is never refrigerated", according to chef Michael Solomonov, because refrigeration turns the hummus stiff and mutes the balanced flavors of the product. So this method of bringing it back to life once again is based on taking the chill off and adding a bit of spiciness to it with the help of Harissa, cherry tomatoes and roasted nuts.
