There is no scope for philosophy in science and technology though ! 😂

OK. its YES. Bside you say no in reality its YES. I know you want to say yes but when schech it look like is not increase. The SLAT go in decrese angle of atack but with that you can increase the angle of atack of the plane. So the problem of high angle of atack is the stall event where lift go down drastical, including the slat this make the stall event happen later, due to induced flow air. If before you can takeoff with an angle of 10º with slat can take off with 12º so at conclusion it increase the capability to takeoff at higher angle of atack.

You also need to be corrected about something else.... Stop saying AIRCRAFTS. AIRCRAFTS is NOT a word. It's AIRCRAFT without an "s" whether you speak of one or many!

Hello Zachary, I'm glad my video help yourself. Which facility are you doing your internship at if you don't mind me asking? I'm familiar with FLL, TUC, ICT, BDL and MTL. Good luck with your internship.

@@planesimple8514 I'm with the facility of MTL, I'm in the avionics subteam project engineering. Let me know if you come in contact with this team, it would be great to have a chat. I'm sure I have a lot left to learn

Thank you very much yf W, i appreciate it. But the truth is that my drawing skills are very limited to simple doodles to help explain a point. Having said that, I really appreciate your positive feedback and taking the time to leave a comment.

pretty simple and well explained,Can you tell us more about stalling speed and stalling angle with extention of flaps and slats...?

Here's a philosophical point of debate for you. This model aircraft was found a little over a hundred years ago in the Jungles of Colombia, and in a primitive rebuild Dave Herbert (One of the premier modelers in America) seems to have proven the leading edge 'Curli-Cues' act as leading edge slots. The lift they generated was so extreme he ran out of 'Down Trim', having made the entirely excusable mistake of not turning the combination of Stabilizer-Elevator into a Stabilator, thus increasing the control surface of the tailfeathers without the need to add to the design of the pictured craft. At minute 6:25 kzitem.info/news/bejne/zIyG0p2Va1-Cqmk So'K, there were no swept/fixed wing aircraft in the 1890's, much less 500 or a thousand years ago as this culture is dated to. That is another debate! But this grouping of figurines shows none to have the main features of fish as many claim...there is no Dorsal Fin, none have a Caudal Fin, nor do any have indications of scales which no artist in history have ever left off their offerings hoping they would be recognized as being a fish. They were not models of fish. The eyes and teeth do not seal the deal for fish, but do support the idea of Warbirds as men have added them to their craft since the earliest days of aviation. www.warrelics.eu/forum/attachments/aircraft/626571d1389371854-sharks-teeth-lancaster-123034298380316323551_rommel-1_20081227105622.jpg ww2aircraft.net/forum/attachments/roland_sharkmouth-jpg.376623/

Hello fsbirdhouse, I am familiar with those treasure figurines from Colombia. They are truly amazing and have always fascinated me. So much so that I have even considered buying a small replica to hang it as a pendant from my neck. I think that would be a nice conversation piece. I have no trouble accepting that those are replicas of flying machines, or at least the best representation that the artist could do of a flying machine he had seen. I think the artist did a hell of a job at capturing those details and proportions.
