Love the muscle connection, stretch and angle of cables to the muscle fibres. On the pressing I straighten from elbow on the eccentric , not too much! so as to strain the Biceps, makes it feel a bit heavier , hold the stretch, then bend elbow to Press again. Outstanding work again Jonni ❤😊

Great video! I'm just curious as to when you were explaining low to high cable flyes and how the pec minor brings the arm up like that when in fact the pec minor has nothing to do with that action of flexing the humerus. In the anatomical picture, it showed the pec minor, but you were referring to the upper pec as the pec minor? I know of course the upper pec is still referred to by many as the pec minor. Don't understand why...just a little confusing. Great video as always man! Well spoken.

you are right! My mistake was not breaking it down more. I didn't want to take up time talking about the pec minor sitting under the pec major, so when the pec major flex the should with abducting the pec minor is involved. totally right on catching that!

Great explanations. Thank you. I can definitely use this while traveling since most hotels around the world have this as a minimum. Unfortunately the gym I go to makes this setup difficult. Otherwise I’d do it every week.

@jonni Hi bro, why do you do your 1st. set to failure and the other 2 sets only short from failure? I, with almost all exercices do 3 sets and try to reach 10 reps, which is when I think i can then increase the weight.
