This works!!! After 2 months of practicing handstands I was able to hold it for only 2 seconds with a lot of luck. With this video I just did it for 9 seconds! And I’m only on day 13

I love this comment 😊 I’m a hyper flexible mommy of 3 who loves to challenge herself. (mostly to stay sane and wind down in the daily life with three kids). i started ballet just before getting pregnant with our youngest (now 4) and reached the 2nd advanced-level after 2,5 years. i am now learning contortion, just about to complete my yoga degree, and want to begin with circus contortion tricks while “handstanding”. we can do this!! 👊🫶

This is really awesome content. Thank you so much. The only area I think it glosses over a bit is how hard the 'handstand practice' stage can be. For me, I can do all the other steps, but the kicking up to handstand and falling without a wall behind me is something I really haven't been able to overcome. I know learning to bail properly is a key step - just haven't got there

@@blank1967 well i said i would work hard and i did, i commented this a year ago. I am proud to say I can now do multiple sets of 10-20 continuous pushups per set.

Thanks for the routine! I got the Full Journey in 2020 and really love it. It's weird, I'm able to do a muscle up but I still didn't unlock the handstand :-D The guide will surely help a lot and the give away would definitely be the icing on the cake!

Great, you're loving the program! Handstand is really different from Muscle up. It doesn't require much strength compared to muscle up, but a lot of practise time ;)

I don’t do comments but this actually works I’ve been working on my handstand for 2-3months, I just picked this workout a month ago and just got my first 8-10 seconds hold in the centre of the room, thanks guys yall doing a great job ( I did add and modify a few workouts but it did the job )

brilliant vid.loved the tips!! had to stop training to do handstands because of a rotator cuff injury. strength is back after a lot of physiotherapy so gonna give it another go and this vid is gonna help me a lot!!

Ik ben nu al een paar maanden aan het struggelen om die handstand te kunnen. Ik klap telkens door. Dus ben heel benieuwd of ik hem straks na 30 dagen kan. Ga er gelijk aan beginnen. Toffe winactie trouwens ook. Kan wel een setje gebruiken!! Voorderest weer een goede video en lekker bezig jullie.

Excellent video, as usual... I am following a couple of your other short workout videos and they have pushed me out of a plateau I had been stuck on. Now maybe a free handstand will coming this month. At 65 years, I have to take it slowly to give my joints time to adapt but they are getting better.

Thank you family. I will give it a go. Although I do manage to hold a free handstand I do not seem to have consistency. This means that depending on the day I sometimes can hold it for 2" while other times I can hold it for 10". Sometimes, depending on the rest of my routine, I don't seem to hold it at all, so I go back to the wall. Anyway, great video as always and looking forward to the next one. Cheerio!!
