Just want to congratulate you on your 15k subs. I have been watching your videos for a few years. Your knowledge is awesome and you are helping your audience with the best ideas and with your wisdom and research. Please keep up the great efforts. Bring more videos on Sciatica and on movement mistakes. Expand on ideas for hip hinging. Long drives. Opening heavy doors. Thanks William.

So I like to do some form of full length body stretch and knee hugging, figure 4, pelvic tilts, bents legs moving from side to side when I’ve woken up on the bed, so are you saying not to do any of these as I find it helps with mobility and my lower back? So when do you do some mobility stuff in that case?

Well said, and so true. I used to be the guy getting up doing 20 min of AGGRESSIVE Stretching , pulling thruuuu the pain. It would feel good for the next hr but ...... DAMN those were some of the worst back pain yrs of my life. From YOU ive since stopped all the morning stretching. I do still get Epidural shots and nerve ablation procedures , but also do back workouts and my back (still not great) is better. But my job and lifestyle (construction worker, snowboarder , wakeboarder, surfer, motorcycles) is literally a perfect storm for Back pain lol. Also, those clips were very funny lol

Loved that, I’m a visual learner, so the ‘Not How Too’ snippets are hilarious and memorable, and have made me rethink my morning stretch!!!! I’ll also do a walk first thing, which I also don’t do That’s instant applied learning - thank you William

Hey William what would you recommend for someone that has an hour + morning commute ? It’s tough to walk / do core in the morning since I have to wake up so early for work. I walk when I get there though!

I would look at an overall relief strategy instead of trying to hack your morning. Email me and we can chat fitness4backpain@gmail.com
