Great episode. On the issue of paying off your home VS investing , theres always gonna be debates. In my humble opinion, I think this is really a personal issue. Our goals are different, some want to have huge portfolios of Real Estate/ & other investments. Some just want to have Peace of Mind. For me, my highest goal is Inner Peace. For that I dont need extraordinary riches, I need to be Financially Free, have & be in a loving family, being healthy , while making an impact. If i can have these, I'll have that inner peace. I say this because I've seen billionaires committing suicide & I've seen not so rich people, Happier. JOY = Jesus Others & Yourself .

Please tell us what Billionaires you KNOW or SEEN commit suicide. Yes money won’t bring you Joy however I’d rather have Money with rich ppl problems then no money with poor ppl problems.

@@mih-entertainment if you cared to read what I said, 1stly it is what i want for MYSELF, it includes FINANCIAL FREEDOM, I dont know how you came to "poor people problems". 2ndly, I said Goals are personal, there's nothing wrong with you wanting to be Rich Financially, likewise, theres nothing wrong with Someone wanting wealth (Financial Freedom, Love, Health, Inner Peace and a Life of Impact), ie pleasant Human experience in all spheres of life. These things are personal. Lastly, I dont have to list people who committed Suicide, who were Rich Financially, but miserable otherwise. Wishing you a wonderful 2023 and beyond.

Absolutely and I personally have chosen to pay off home because the security and peace of mind having my home /property paid is that for me. It also gives you leverage for other things if you need money for things but wouldn't do anything that put house at risk . Once house is paid then can invest that money and with last couple years markets and bit coin has made me think my choice was good for me.

Thanks for sharing awesome tips! I'm financially free and currently growing a solid retirement plan. It takes a positive and consistency to learn new things, unlearn the old habits is important to get a mentor/coach to lead you all the way. It's great to start young too!

Thank you so much for this episode.. I had started to grow weary in my giving. Mind you my giving goes toward extended family in third world country (Haiti) who don't know where their next meal is coming from, yet I grow weary. I needed this encouragement, thank you. I will continue my duties faithfully.

Unsolicited advice from someone who you’ve provided value to: stop calling to attention the fact that you are single and looking. Then watch how that vacancy is filled. Love finds you when you are focused elsewhere
@reubenjoseph910
Жыл бұрын
Many of these advice to me are useless... I cannot say for a fact if this is deliberate but all these presenters and business people come across as vague and ambiguous with their information. They are more motivational speaker than people who say how things are done. If I am going to build an engine, what good is it to me if someone tells me how reliable it is and he has one himself compare to letting me know how to build it. We must see the reality behind the appearance. These people I doubt are here for my benefit but to use me to make themselves some money. When it comes to financial advice on YT don't waste time.
@shayemoore

Exactly. When I clicked on the video, I knew they were going to be vague and not get into the details. Most, if not all, of them are just trying to sell their services. I don't believe half of what they say.
