You want to stay 80/10/10. Purchase 40lbs pounds of bananas every week. Don't get fancy. Get bananas! Commit to consuming all of them every week. The fancier fruits will come around but treat bananas as your staple, like white rice in the orient. And get physical. Do something athletic snd physical every day. I'm 30 plus years organic raw vegan, and, 15 organic 80/10/10. I'm 71 years old and outdo myself at 20. It works!

Thank you very much for your suggestion sir. Sir, it means i will be eating 3 major meal of bananas, 1kg at each meal? Also, sir right now i am not having any nuts/seed from last 6 month to improve my digestion. Earlier i had bloating/gas/constipation issue but now feeling better. Should i reintroduce nuts/seed now? I have already started strength training 3 days a week from last 1 month. Thank you very much sir.

This is so precious. He's really bringing in the best advice. If you put the pieces he gives all together as a puzzle, you get the picture of "sucess", what people might not realize here are the details, and the field that blends them together, "commitment" and "actually eating the fruits".

Keeping fat intake to around 17% of all calories is vital. Then bring it down to 7 to 10%. NO snacking either. As that causes problems. Water with lemon juice too. First thing. Keep black tea and coffee to a minimum. 2 drinks maximum.

If someone has to force himself to do something so much, he shouldn't do it. So don't do it... By the way: the herm he didn't find (or maybe don't know) is a Randall cycle (mixing fat and carbs is the worst what you can do)...

You could try making your meal separate first and eat it so you’re not tempted while cooking for your family…. But you probably want to eat dinner all together so you could just have a filling snack before you make dinner and then eat your bigger meal with the family? Hi Doug! I have been a WFPB vegan eating no oil for about 10 years or so. I have very high cholesterol and my doctor says my triglycerides are dangerously high. I also have high blood pressure to which I take lisinopril. This all seems unbelievable to me. My doctor says I have familial high chloresterol. He prescribed Lipitor which I am not taking. I was going to go raw with high fruit. I have been told that a lot of fruit will raise my triglycerides. I am so confused. I also walk 2 miles a day. I would walk longer but my knees are very bad. Not sure what to do.

Yes, fruit raises triglycerides. And tryglicerides in blood is really not a good thing. I will try to suggest that you eat meat, in sufficient quantity, especially fatty meat. Or at least trying a keto diet...

I don’t know if this helps but I had very high cholesterol and triglycerides over a year ago now I’m not fully vegan but I eat as healthier as possible considering I cook for my husband, I’m 71 6 months ago I started increasing my water a LOT like 2to3 litres at least a day…. I was on medication for both and a month ago I went to my doctor and I’m off all, my cholesterol was 4 and my triglycerides were perfect and still are, I eat lots of fruits, hope this helps

@@uminchugrammy go easy to begin with and slowly build up the water so your body gets accustomed to the amounts and you’ll be peeing a lot to begin with but in time that corrects itself 👍🏻
