Ingredients :
10 Eggs (if your eggs are small, use 12 eggs)
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
Salt & Pepper - about half a teaspoon each
1 tsp garlic powder
Mixed Cheddar Cheese
Chopped Fresh Spinach
Diced Fresh Tomatoes
Diced Mushrooms
Diced Red Bell Peppers
Shredded Carrots
Bacon
Mixed Cheddar Cheese
BAKE at 350F for 20 minutes.
The egg muffins will rise and expand but don’t worry about it.
They will settle down to a nice muffin shape.
Just leave it to cool for 5 minutes or so.
Use your favorite breakfast sauce and Enjoy!!
