Larvae and grubs are some of my favorite patterns to create. Fly tying techniques were created by many great tyers over the years. I have greatly admired Oliver Edward's work and his technique for as long as I can remember. He is a paragon in the fly tying world.
I haven't seen how he created his legs or gills but this is how I've imagined it.
