I have also put myself back together and exercising is so much more exciting and fun to do again, I don’t feel like it’s a chore to do because of whatever reason, I do it with a smile and I love it now more than I have ever before!!! Thank you so much JO!!!

21/11/21 - did this for a short and easy Sunday workout… I was actually wanting to do more, but had to stop myself bcos I’ve exercised 10days non-stop. I’ve become too obsessed with hitting a certain calorie burn per day now, so the affirmation at the end where Jo says “I give myself permission to do nothing, I am enough, I did enough….” really hit the nail in the head💚 I will return to this for my Sundays now… Much love to you Jo 💖

Just joined the family! I used to be super active, I could run 10Ks whenever I wanted and then I got chronically ill. I have been for the past 7 1/2 years and getting back into working out has been so difficult because not a lot of workout are suitable for people who are sick. I just want to thank you so much because for the first time I’ve been encouraged and excited about working out again since I got sick. I feel like my goals are within reach. I’ve been trying all your beginner and low impact workouts and have been loving them ❤️❤️

Did 10 minutes stretch this morning, then the 30 minute dumbbells and this video at night. Maybe it was too much for today, but tomorrow is my stretching and more relaxing day on my workout schedule. Broke out crying with one of the affirmations though, since have been going through some things and heartbreak recently, so the " I'm deserving of love, and rest" one just brought tears to my eyes. I know I'm deserving and that's the reason why I broke up, even though I still have love for him, just felt like I was doing everything at times and receiving excuses (deserving to rest). Anyway, was a nice workout and ready to relax for the rest of the night. Thank you jo!

I'm so thankful for this community. I have Meniere's disease. I can't exercise the way I did when I was healthy. These workouts make me feel like a normal person even though I can only finish 15 minutes or so. The joy I feel while watching your smiling face is good medicine. 💙💙💙

I was working out with Jo for a month, but stopped for an appointment in the salon. I was planning to come back after my hair was all set up but damn, laziness hit me hard. Now I'm back to shred some good ol' calories but since I felt my body getting heavier, I started with this one which is also perfect since it's late at night. I can't wait to continue this journey with you again, Jo! Your workouts gave me hope to lose weight because having an injured knee pretty much limited the workouts I can do. You're a lifesaver!

I have to admit I cried so hard during the stretches. The affirmations were just beautiful! I felt like a horrible mom today to my 2 little ones. I did this short work out when they went to sleep and I just was sad because I feel like I didn’t need to be so impatient with them today but this work out was what I needed! Thank you Jo!!!!

Jo you really blew me away with this one! I have had it saved since it debuted 6 months ago in my "growithjo to do" playlist and I wanted something different tonight and around 20 mins long so I stumbled on this one in my playlist. Mind you I told our little group of growithjo supporters I have had bad anxiety this tax season here in the US and I am eating everything for over a week and put 5 lbs back on uggh. So I needed to reconnect with myself and wow the good lord delivered the perfect workout to me tonight! I love that I got to connect with myself spiritually and worked out at the same time! I am the heaviest I've ever been. I usually can't even finish a workout which makes me feel hopeless and embarrassed. I am actually able to finish your workouts. I have 4 kids and own my own business. I am very busy but I have to make time to get healthy because I feel awful and I'm disgusted by my own body. I've lost weight before and I gained it back, which makes me feel even worse about the way I look. Thanks for making a workout that I can actually finish!

I have started to workout to your videos and they are amazing. I am a first-time mom and I gained over 60 pounds throughout my pregnancy and have been stuck at the same weight of 220 since I had my daughter, she will be one in March. I've never been this heavy. Your workouts have been so perfect for me and my schedule as a full-time mom and college student. I'm always so worried about my weight and my body that sometimes I forget to live in the moment and be thankful for the moment. This workout was one I've been wanting to do and I think this was God's way of letting me know that I need to ground myself before continuing my weight loss journey. You beautifully said everything I needed to hear that it brought me to tears. Thank you and keep doing what you do.

I saw your video where you lost weight, the before and after, and I want to try to do everything what you did. It's 1:35am to me right now, I just have my dinner one hour ago. My family and I haven't good habits. Hope to start with me and then inspire all my family. I used to do yoga and 20 minutes of work out every five days of the week, but it isn't working as I desire because of those bad habits I just told you. So I'm going to start doing this and step by step, lefting all this sick routine of our lives away and recovering our health, my body and health. Thank you for being you. It motivate me a lot! 🤟

I am managing so so much. Saying these affirmations during the stretch almost brought me to tears. To give myself permission to rest and to tell myself I’ve done enough was really necessary. I don’t rest or take breaks enough. It’s 11pm and I’m just getting around to working out! I needed this opportunity to workout but to also be kind to myself. Your videos have enhanced my balance between my life, career, and health and I’m so grateful for them. Im pregnant (9 weeks) and i gained a lot of weight before the pregnancy due to health problems, and I’ve been feeling down and sorry for myself and the baby. I started just about a month ago @ 4mths pregnant. I couldnt do much in the 1st trimester because of how sick I felt, but these workouts are really helping me with keeping active as the doctor recommends and keeping consistent! I like that there is a workout for almost every part of your day esp for the work from home peeps.

I did this workout after a stressful day and eating a meal that wasn’t the healthiest. The affirmations are amazing and I felt a calm come over time that was so needed. I repeated these affirmations with my preteen son when I said goodnight. We said them together and I sensed the calmness that came over him also. Thank you Jo!

Day 1 of January and I did my very first full workout with you, after following for a while and always putting it off for the right time. This is great for my active rest day! I usually do 5 of your 50-60 minute workouts a week and 20-30 minute workouts the other 2 days and I love this one. I get bloated so easily and my bowel system causes me to not use the restroom often so this is perfect.

Completed day 2🎉💃🏽 thanks so much Jo. I’m a mum of 3 very active boys all under 5 so this has been a lifesaver not needing to sign up for gym which would be impossible to go too with my busy household😅 this is such a great home workout which I can easily do with so many different workouts🤩

I did this workout in the morning. Oh my goodness was this an experience I have never had. This work out was a spiritual and emotional workout for me. The most amazing feeling. Thank you. 🙏💕

@growwithjo ty 4 working out w me 2day! Out of 36 days 2day is DAY #22 of walking 10 minutes every hr from 7am -8 pm to get 10,000 steps daily .. more miss than hits lol.. water movements.. sauna blanket .. And.. of course YOU @growwithjo UR routines are soo helpful as I'm down 2.9 lbs as of today! Ty 4 working out with me! 😎🌸🕊🤗🥳

I loved this workout so much, thank you ❤️ 3 month pp and slowly getting into movement. Really finding time for me time after everyone is in bed so these evening workouts are a Godsend. Please please please create more when you can for mamas finding time long after dark 🙏❤️

Coming home late after 10hrs of work ,seeing the dark sky there's zero motivation to workout. Then I pop on one of your videos & get it done ✔ 1000 steps extra 🙌🏼 thank you thank you thank you 😊

I think this just became one of my favorites. It was a perfect workout. The stretching and affirmations totally relaxed me. I am looking forward to a restful sleep tonight. Thank you for creating this fabulous workout.

Dear Jo, thank you for this workout😭It truly is amazing and helps on days when I am harder on myself than I need to be. I always cry while repeating some of the affirmations and it completes the workout and my day on a note of relief and peace. Keep doing what you're doing, your workouts have helped me build confidence and shed emotional pain. May God continue to bless you abundantly in this New Year❤

Although I already did a 35 min workout today, after dinner I felt super heavy. This workout was so helpful. My stomach feels more settled now after both the exercising and the stretching at the end!
