Hi Doctor - For last few years I was having constant irritation with some f my relatives. I use to have blood pressure attack so many times and used to hit my scalp with my bare hand badly. last incidence lead me to break some stick on wall. That affected my neck . Now when I sit on computer I feel like just shut it off. My brain seems to be fogged. I am no more angry and doing a lot of neck muscle exercises. I am 45 years old. I will be obliged. best regards, Abhishek

I felt like a million bucks when I was eating right, counting macros, working out at the gym and in the best shape of my life. I got injured from an accident last year. I stopped working out, starting eating bad again, gained some weight and my anxiety/depression (PTSD) went through the roof. In fact it has been debilitating. I am currently working on getting back on track. Right diet and exercise is so important when you have mental health issues. I have learned that the painful way. Great video and information. I would love to have my brain scanned one day.

Nutritional yeast has all the B vitamins, except B12, and it has been a life saver for me. B vitamins especially B1 are very neural protective, but because they are water soluble they need to be replenished regularly. B vitamins are also produced by your gut biome so if you have gut issues you are probably deficient. I also supplement with Benfotamine which is a fat soluble version of B1.

Spoke with my GP today & as well as self help, excercise, good diet, GP prescribed me antidepresants as it was deemed right that my serotonin levels must be very very low.

Oh my god. This totally works. Tried this with my daughter today. “No, you can’t go with us for a weekend getaway. You’re right. You need to be in the city.” To which she said, “ well do they have reliable, high speed wifi there?” Nope, probably not. People are looking to relax. Not reliable nor high speed likely. “I actually disagree with that.” And then she proceeded to argue about why they WOULD have good wifi.” I said “you answered your own question then” And she put a check mark on my text. Lol. And we didn’t lose thousands for a non cancellable 4 day weekend for 3. Try this! So much better than arguing with someone who has low serotonin and the resulting rigidity- through no fault of their own.

I used to feel hungover nearly every morning without drinking! My morning Brain is also working better than last thirty years. - I feel better EVERY morning, now. I started with the 15% L-Dopa capsules twice a day. If you get too restless or agitated, take less or none. (You should NOT be on MAOI inhibitors like many antidpressants... ask your doctor, if on meds) Good luck. For me, this is better than Any adrenal support I have ever taken... supports neurotransmitters and adrenaline, etc. No more burnout. Down in a Deep Deep hole, my Dr. Has prescribed Prozac and l can't take certain antidepressants l seem resistant to them but l keep on searching. So I've been taking this 10mg once weekly, very low l realize that. But he suggested a add on of ABILIFY just 1mg, to start. But he told me if l keep feeling this way as l told him maybe l have a brain tumor then go to emergency room and have a CT scan. men become primarily OPPOSITIONAL, COMBATIVE, ANGRY, debating, pick fights for the dopamine, endorphin, adrenal hit which is a cheap high and poor solution. Women can be oppositional and rigid too, but they can magnify more of the self conscious body awareness, insecurity of sociallly fitting in, being pretty enough, smart enough, attractive enough kind of obsessive, thought loops that can mimic vanity and self absorption but it's actually low seratonin.
