ingredients:
300gramm oatmeal
2 large apples (or 3-4 smaller ones)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 packet of vanilla sugar (8grams) (also available in sugar-free versions)
3 eggs
4 tablespoons erythritol (60 grams) - or 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
40gramm (chopped) walnuts
20 grains of dried blueberries (about 5 grams)
1 tablespoon of baking soda (about 15 grams)
Cake tin size: 23cm diameter, 6cm deep
lined with baking paper
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 40-45 minutes.
