Oatmeal banana chocolate porridge
Ingredients:
75g (3/4 cup) oatmeal.
2 tbsp xylitol.
1 tsp cinnamon powder.
1 tsp corn starch.
2 tbsp cacao powder.
100ml milk.
250ml water.
120g (1/2 cup) quark.
- simmer for 5 minutes.
garnish:
1 banana.
Chopped almonds.
Cinnamon powder.
30g/ 1 ounce dark chocolate 70%.
