Take vitamin D 3 not D 2 because it’s a synthetic form!!!! D3 and vitamin K - they work in tandem!!! My D was at 17 and in 3 months 131 and a year later at 33 - haven’t been taking regularly!!! Hair fall is EXTREME!!!

But has ur levels stayed low even w supplementation? I was told im vitamin d deficient a few years ago and have not checked it again but ive been supplementing w 5,000IU since I was told deficient. Im getting a check up this week and Im going to ask to check my levels. My husband was told deficient about a yr ago and started supplementing w the same brand I take and he will be checked this week also.
