Love the discussion on “the body reacting to the plant or plant acting on the body “ 👁 learning so much from resonating with your way of teaching. Thank you

For me, I do want to study phytochemistry to add a layer of understanding. I had a vision that a plant lit up green and then that light subsided off the plant and that essence transferred to me, and being awake, I physically felt my upper chest heat up. I asked, What plant is this? - mint. I had a painful cough from a cold and researched a bit - and mint was supposed to help with colds and such. I picked peppermint from my backyard and immediately felt soothed in my throat and chest/lungs. I learned that mint is analgesic, making the tearing stabbing pain stop when I coughed. But it was also drying, which I wasn't too fond of and I wonder what the drying action is doing for the upper chest during colds/illness. Its all fascinating complex stuff!

Hey I just found your channel and I am really happy about it! Can't wait to dive into this well of knowledgeable, thank you so much. The world needs this. I am curious if you would make a video about herbs for arthritic conditions? My dad has rhemetoid arthritis and his conventional medicines are not working any more. He is in a lot of pain, and although I am interested in herbalism, I don't feel qualified to try to treat his condition with herbs, because he is also already very skeptical and won't do his own research in the field of natural remedies. I also see he has had years of antibiotic use which has also caused him to now have something similar to chrones disease. I am sad for him to see his declining health. Unfortunately I don't think he would seek alternative therapies unless it is a last resort, which I think soon it will be. If you could refer to me in a direction or make a video about arthritic conditions, it would be amazing! Thank you so much

I'm only 10 minutes in, and i am fascinated (yet still skeptical) of the body reacting to the herbs, regardless of actives in those herbs. Also where does one begin to be a herbalist? Do I need a school, or official training? How long did it take for you to reach this level of insight? I am envious of your knowledge! I have been dabbling in essential oils and carrier oils (for hair care/skincare) so i have some sort of knowledge of these things

I do have a question about the valarium plant. I made my own tinture with dried herb I ordered. I used 100 proof vodka. So I'm thinking I did good. Than I listen to a gentleman who said how to make it than at the end of his lesson he mentioned to make small amount and keep it in the frig because it's not potent after two weeks. How true is this.

hi sajah! i have a question (not particularly related to the video but i figured asking on your most recent post would be best), i hope you don’t mind. would you interpret someone having body acne (and little to no acne on the face) as a different symptom than face acne? if so, what would body acne imply/point to that’s different from face acne?

Unfortunately we are not able to give herbal suggestions or recommendations on social media. Each person is complex with a lifetime’s health history which needs to be carefully assessed before choosing which herbs may be supportive to an individual. We believe herbalism should be customized to each person, which is why we don’t feel it’s appropriate to offer general recommendations based on symptoms. You deserve the best care, so we’d recommend seeking out an herbalist to work with for herbal advice and reaching out to your doctor for medical advice. If you’re wondering where to find an herbalist to work with, you can try the American Herbalist Guild website to find reputable herbal practitioners in your area.

@@EvolutionaryHerbalism i recognize that, but i was not asking for advice or herb recommendations, i was asking about how one would interpret particular symptoms with regards to a persons energetics

What would be a habitual remedy for herpes to implement into ones everyday life?!? Orally? Physically? Topically? Combinations?
