I stuffed them with the classic meat burger, prepared by me and then with melted cheese (I melted the slices of provola in the pan with a little pepper), salad, tomato and always homemade sauces (mayonnaise and ketchup)

🍔Ingredients for 8 burger buns
500 g of type 0 flour (with proteins equal to 12 or 12.5 g)
200 g of water at room temperature
100 g of milk
1 teaspoon honey
6 g of fresh yeast (2 g if you use dry yeast)
10 g of salt
40 g of seed oil
📝Info and advice
👉 as an alternative to the medium strength type 0 flour you can use half Manitoba flour and half weak 00 flour: just add the proteins of both and divide by 2 to see if they are equal to 12 or 12.5. Where to check the proteins? behind the flour packaging, in the nutritional values table
💧The water and milk must be at room temperature
🌡by warm place (for leavening) I mean oven off with light on or preheat the oven for a few minutes at the minimum temperature, then turn it off and put the bowl inside. It will take about 2 and a half/3 hours for it to double in size
❗ if you use dry yeast, 2-3 g are enough
✅ once baked, remember to place the rolls on a rack and cover them with a tea towel, the steam will make them even softer.
