Today we will go to prepare the egg salad in the old delicatessen before 1989. Surely you know excellent salads such as, for example: walnut, parisian, delicacy, pepperoni and other delights of cold cuisine. Egg salad among these stallions certainly also belongs. We already have one recipe for egg salad on RBB, but this one is prepared exactly according to the old ČSN standard. According to these standards dishes were once prepared throughout the Czechoslovakia. At me everything went smoothly, preparation is simple, but I ran into one problem 😱 The old standard of the ČSN takes 25 grams of salt per 1 kilo of salad! This is not good, because with such an egg salad you could maximally salt the frozen trail in the winter 😂 That's why I adjusted only 15 grams of salt. But I recommend to season the salad according to your own taste. Egg salad is suitable for sandwiches, must not be missing on the new year's table, canapés or just on a plate with a bread roll or baguette. How does it taste? It's delicious! As they say, sometimes there less is more. It contains a minimum ingredients that complement beautifully and do not overcharge. Try a great egg salad at your home! You won't regret it. Mayonnaise 160 g
Potatoes 250 g
Cucumbers 180 g
Onion 80 g
Mustard 40 g
Vinegar 15 g
Salt 15 g (or to your own taste)
