I am not a frequent runner, but I want to be! As temps get nicer and you dabble in running outside, this is how I always get back into it. This is also how I have gotten back into running after every pregnancy! It’s doable, the music is fun, and over time I really do feel myself getting better at running. (Also works for power walking if that’s more what you’re wanting to do). Let me know if you try it 🏃♀️
