I have just aged from the stress of tying to decipher the audio in this video! - said one blogger. Me too.. in addition to that I have re-tested the audio on different devices to make sure that it's not my player creating gaps- it was the uploader fault. Irritating, but - if you want to be centenarian, you need to learn how to deal with all kind of stress without aging, lol.

It's irritating like things in life, but because I have dealt with so many major irritants in the last 3.5 years..for me it's not irritating at all. It's what you want to make it. And it's taken me all these years to get were Ii am ..and one thing for sure looking at Myself is more of a irritant if I don't take responsibility for the long over due changes I need to adress NOW.. Everybody has some kind of irritant everybody knows what they need to do unfortunately it's easier to point fingers and say so and so did this to me and I don't like this about the other person but when you point fingers you notice how many pointing back at you you got three pointing back and that's the irritating thing because you know you have to be responsible for making changes. so I guess what irritates you is different than what irritates someone else I really never looked at that film and said to myself oh that's so irritating I can't stand this film I was trying to concentrate on the information in that film and get as much as I can out of that film or KZitem channel regardless of the glitches in it. Biggest changes in life always make you happy it's a little irritating things in life the draw you back and bring severe unhappiness

Notice on the video these centurians have DEVELOPED a joyful state of mind. we too have not let irritate us. We can't change a lot in our life, only God can and will soon, meanwhile I am learning so much about myself and others. Put yourself were you want to be mentally and be content knowing your in control of what you choose to let bothers you 😊 Don't let other people problems become yours and a glitch in this video can become a plus if you look at it as something you need to adress in your life right now. Perhaps you feel you are irritated indeed not on the film but with things you feel you have NO CONTROL over..

I know everyone who has smoked that stuff everyday for years have mental or if not emotional if not trouble with their temper if they are annoyed by others..it's not what young people think it is. Take 20 years later and you'll see what I mean.

You see what these humble centenarians eat? I don't see fried foods, meat, cheese or oily stuffs in their bowl. That's how they get so little inflammations compared to what most young people eat these days, especially in the West loaded with animals on their plates. Sorry to blow the hopes and grandeur of the paleo ketogenic diet, but the truth be known that these centenarians ALL eat a high carbohydrate diet, high plant foods and very low in fats of any kinds with hardly any animal products. It's what you call a humble poor man's diet of the past era. God bless the poor with healthy humble foods that also causes little animal sufferings. You spare the lives of more animals through your humble meals, you will gain more life within yourself. Karma is always fair. And who spreads the rumor that China is all polluted and bad for health? Ah....John Bolton, Mike Pompeo and Donald Trump perhaps?

No blue zones in South America and the Caribbean and Africa, not because there aren't plenty of centenarians concentrated in several of those areas. Often times in remote villages these people don't have birth certificates, no paper trail means you are excluded, and sometimes it's just plain racism. This is actually a disservice to humankind as a whole. The human race is one race, study all centenarians from all over the world and what they eat as well, and we all benefit from the knowledge.
