One thing that I really like about watching these reaction videos, is that the doctors on the show are actually giving really good advice. I don't know anything about plastic surgery, so the fact that more often than not you completely agree with what they come up with (I think the only difference is some approaches to the surgery) is really cool. just so often you see people involved with television give terrible advice for the "drama" and I'm happy that they take this very seriously. Not that they shouldn't, but that doesn't always stop people. And unfortunately, because these procedure are optional and cosmetic, it's a lot easier for doctors to get away with it, especially if it's not to an extreme level. Great videos!!

Some of these people really do need mental help, and I don't mean that in a mean way. Also, I know it's their money, but they could be helping so many people instead of butchering themselves. People have abused plastic surgery over the years. As a child, I always thought plastic surgery was just for people who got in horrible accidents and the doctors helped them out so that they look “normal” and help build their confidence....but now it’s all about trends, which is pretty sad because beauty is given to us in all forms. Our bodies are capable of so much things that can be achieved with hard-work. Some people obsess about their looks and instead of getting help...they feed that obsession🥺. Everyone draws a line somewhere. I have multiple piercings, for me they are like my jewelry and for others a piercing equals assault of your own body. Splitting your tongue is a step further and then there are people tattooing their eyeballs or amputating their fingertips just because they like it that way. So there is an area where damaging your own body is still more or less accepted and then there are things that are just a step too far and unhealthy or high risk (like eyeball tattoos or huge breast/butt enhancements). Anyway I hope the lady in the video got some therapy because she clearly had some issues she wanted to compensate with huge breasts.

When making a show like this, I think it should be a mandatory part of the show that the patient has to go to five (not one, not two, five) sessions, 60 min each, with a psychiatrist. Surgery isn't psychotherapy. That's why it doesn't help with so many issues. And every patient should have the experience of what the alternative truly is before undergoing any kind of optional procedure. And 100% of this stuff is optional. Thank you for turning down patients. Hope you have a good psychiatrist or psychologist at your side. ❤️ I actually believe that psychotherapy should accompany every surgery. It increases compliance, helps with anxiety, pain management and healing...

He was so kind and loving, he removed my enormous belly flap, made my belly beautiful. After I had lost 200 pounds. He was so kind, supportive and did not try and "sell" me on more surgery. After 10 years I am still happy and relieved. He knew that my skin removal was huge, (the largest he had ever done) it was healthy, kind and helpful. Other that that I was peaceful.

I love watching Botched! Wish dr. Youn was part of their team on the TV show. They are so kind and sweet to their patients.
