Halo, vie geht's / kamusta ☺. In this episode: Pot Mami Oriental in Oostende, Belgium you featured my cousin "Bong" Fernandez together with her daughter Eunice. We are from Angeles City, province of Pampanga about 90 kilometers north of Manila. Pampanga is the culinary capital of the country. The late chef Anthony Bourdain also came here in Angeles City to explore our food and culture. Thank you for promoting my cousin's place and our food. You are Filipino 🇵🇭 by ♥.

Meron ba Filipino restaurant dun sa Philippines, Netherlands? The raw mussels looked cooked. Have not eaten raw mussels, only raw oysters. We also bake mussels in the Phil. We put garlic and grated cheese on top. Pot Mama is cool. I like their share platter with fresh fruits. The fried banana in adobo is new, will copy this. Super friendly service. Pinoy-style. Masarap!
