I know a lot of people who jump rope love to do progressions/trick combos, and it's cool if they do. But normal two foot single unders have always served me well. I'll do 2-3 min rounds with 30-60 sec rests for 30 min five days per week, and it gets the job done for me. Hands down my favorite type of cardio, and it's a nice compliment to lifting.

It’s not this complicated. You can’t do it because you don’t have the muscle memory yet. Just keep jumping and muscle memory will make it so that you can do the skip. Watching tutorials won’t help.
@user-sj5ju4jb7t
Жыл бұрын
@Jack Elliott ok I dare you to not watch anymore tutorials but instead just jump and once it becomes muscle memory for you (you’ll know when you don’t think about what you’re doing), start to just think about what you’d like to do and then try doing it, do that over and over and then it becomes mucked memory too and so on and so on.
