Crazy through the years how many tones George has grabbed. Every one of them awesome. Hard to think of a player who's covered more ground overall. Stone cold cool guitar designs, unique soloing, side projects, reinventions, constantly taking things to another level, distinct style, bands he's been front and center, supporting roles, just to name a few.

this embodies every element of why I fell in love with this band as a 17 year old. I'm 51 now, and still is amazing in 2021. George hits a couple notes that really tickle the nuggets. Dons voice at this time.. total power and control, not shying away from the high notes at all. Just awesome!

George Lynch is a slave to his tone. So if he can't get the right sound, he might have a bad night or a night fighting the sound. It's a very peculiar tone that gets that screaming, singing sound.

I really liked Dokken in the 80's musically. Don Dokken was a mediocre frontman live though. I saw them several times. The rest of the band was great but, Don's voice was great but not much of a showman. Not like Vince Neil at all. With Vince, David Lee Roth, etc., you always felt like you got your money's worth.
