Thanks to everyone for watching! I've had alot of questions about dimensions and costs, so here is some info. I spent about $60-70 on wood. Prices of wood are high now (Nov. 2020), so you might pay a little more. Also, figure a little for brads, glue, and wood filler, but not much at all. This dollhouse was made out of whitewood/spruce, available at any big box store. Some APPROXIMATE dimensions, but please draw yourself up some rough plans using these, they are not exact: You should be able to get this done with: 1 - 1"x12"x10' whitewood/spruce board 1 - 1":x12"x8' whitewood/spruce board 3 - 4' dowel sticks that are 3/8" thick 1 - 4'x4' square of 1/4" lauan or you could probably use 1/4" plywood Width at widest: 36 3/4" Height at tallest: 36 3/4" Depth: 11 1/4" (actual width of a 1x12 board off the shelf) Vertical board for right wall: ~28" Vertical board for left wall: ~14" Bottom divider walls are ~14" tall and are 3" LESS in width than the floor and side walls Right side of angled roof: ~22" Left side of angled roof: ~13" I believe I the roof is on a 45 degree from surface, so 135 degrees angle to the vertical boards they are attached to I cut pieces 3/4" x 3/4" for the porch posts Three 4' sticks of 3/8" dowel should be enough for the railing, but you might buy extra in case you need to recut any, it's cheap stuff Cut the lauan or plywood to size for the back wall Thanks again to all for watching!

You're an amazing Dad , lucky Girl ❤️ Hopefully you guys keep this as an heirloom to pass down to her little one when she grows up and has kids of her own . I just built a victorian dollhouse for my granddaughter and a barn kit for my grandson as heirlooms last year Christmas 2019 and Christmas 2020 I built my mom a small Doll house because she never had a doll house , she's 70 years old and she loved it ❤️ Handmade gifts are more special and the memories last a lifetime 🥰❤️

I like your sliding table for the drill press: two safety comments I would make- never ever put your hand behind a block that you're drilling, as you never know if your going to go thru- #2 looks like your hands are very very close to that table saw blade: I just bought a guitar from somebody who lost a finger last year cutting wood with his grandson for a tree house project on a table saw, where the wood binded & pulled his hand just momentarily, in that moment changed his life; thus he felt he had to give up music- Personally I have met musicians with missing fingers that do just fine, but why take the chance
