STUFFED VINE LEAVES

Vine leaves bought in a jar or from your garden.
700 g minced pork
½ cup rice washed
3 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tin of tomatoes crushed
3 tablespoons tomato puree
1 medium onion, coarsely grated
1 ½ chicken stock dissolved in half cup of boiling water
3 teaspoons dried mint
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 cup parsley chopped
5 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and pepper to season
