Actually this is not a folk song. It is a song composed by Arslanbek Sultanbekov in 1997. Political parties in various Turkic countries once mistook it for a folk song and used it as election music. When it was realized that the song belonged to Sultanbekov, he said that he presented the song to the Turkic world and allowed its use.
