I love Dominicans. Whatever they say, it sounds like a joke building and ends in a punchline. 😂

I'm PR. We don't all speak the same. It depends on your region of the island and whether you're raised in a decent, law-abiding or ghetto, dysfunctional family. I would assume it's the same for Dominicans.

It's the same in the Dominican Republic. In school, they taught us how each region would have its own accent variants. My mom was born in the northwesternmost province, yet she normally speaks Spanish with a clear, neutral accent most of the time, except when using some weird country slang terms that hit my ears wrong as she talks with her long-time friends and close relatives. My dad was from Caracas, Venezuela, and although he did have his own unique sayings, it was not as strongly noticeable as that from my relatives on his side of the family. Both of my parents spoke pretty clear and neutral Spanish, but I met people who spent time in Colombia who would speak very formal Spanish by comparison. Our relatives in Spain used vos and vosotros, which I had not learned well, if at all, in school.

Also Dominicans have this things where they put possessive pronouns after the subject. Normal Spanish: Mi madre, tu carro ( my mom, your car) Dominicans: La madre mía, el carro tuyo ( the mother of mine, the car of yours)

TEGO IS NOT NASALLY, MARC ANTHONY IS NOT NASALLY, ROBERTO CLEMENTE, Hector Lavoe, I mean the list goes on and on forever of Puerto Rocks that don’t sound nasally when they speak… And I can find for every high pitch nasally Puerto Rican, a higher pitch nasally Dominican! In fact, I’m standing right next to 🇩🇴one🇩🇴 now!!! Also our Spanish is technically a creole Spanish patois because we are not Latin Americans/Latino/as, awe are Afro-CARIBBEAN!!!!!

She’s saying it’s similar to in regards to it being a dialect of Spanish with a lot of its own slang. She’s not saying it influenced directly from Jamaica. Patois is broken English just as or Spanish is a broken Spanish.

Spanishes? No such word. What she's probably trying to say is that both nationalities speak the same language informatively and use a lot of slang or unintelligible gibberish. Maybe she needs to spend more time learning how to speak English properly and forget all about Spanish.
