I'm glad that he told his story. So while it can be painful to hear, at least his Daughter Camarie can understand the shit that happened. The stuff that she didn't know. So in my opinion that's what I like. Camarie can understand and get the 100% of what went on. RIP Dom, USA Airborne from your Marine Corps Veteran brother. 🙏

You took Dominic in for a I believe you said a week? And 3 years later you helped him stand on his own feet. I personally have 20+ years of sobriety. I've helped many people. But I have a limit to what I can do for them. God bless you Ross I'm so glad you helped Dominic out!! stand up guy!!! And you have Patience which helps!!!

This guy was a perfect example of PTSD left untreated. His uncle was over and involved with the Demeo crew and they were the most demented mafia killers on record. He embellishes a lot of his tales from his earlier days but he is telling you this truth about his uncle. Doms biggest issue was he was always addicted to heroin and cocaine. He associated with addicts and finally became such a risk that his own uncle decided to kill him. Dominick was a decent human being just born into impossible circumstances. I'll miss hearing about his life's stories.

This guy did a few excellent documentaries before he passed and he was forced into this life by a POS uncle and others in the mob. Besides being a special forces member in the army, he actually cut a record or two as teen with a singing /pop group but was mocked for doing it by those same people. One of those talented guys you know would have been "famous" if he went down a different road.

I get his concern, but at the same time you got guys that testified last year and guys who put scores of wiseguys away recently, and they’re still living in NY or FL and no one has touched them, who would be coming for Dom seriously, Nino, dead, DeMeo, dead, anyone else is doing life or is dead, to bad he didn’t know he didn’t have a lot to worry about, he was definitely a tortured soul, RIP pal

There is still some real killers that are in the mob that are currently in prison due to his testimony and just because they are behind bars doesn't mean they wouldn't like to see him dead and would try to get sum1 to try and kill him on their behalf.....he helped put away alot ppl thats a fact it was more than just Nino and Roy Demeo
@dr.vinnyboombatz22

His biggest fear at the time was his conscience. Not even todays Cartel and they're torture tactics can compare to what Dom, & every other Combat Vet in Vietnam faced. The odds of making it out alive from there was slim to none. The Streets were a joke in comparison. Dom was a tortured soul. I don't think he feared retaliation, as much as he did regret. Regret will kill you slowly. Along with what one uses to cope with it. Dom was too smart, too good for the life he was drawn into. But he at least got to meet Ross, & finally found himself. For as short lived as it may have been, it was a rebirth that I think allowed him to move on towards redemption.

He’s 100% lying about the disability payments. I was a personnel specialist working mil pay and am a 60% disabled vet. I work Full Time and get my 60% disability every month. The only time they will clip the monthly payment is if your getting social security disability cus you can’t double dip. Take John McCain who ran for president and worked his whole life after his military service. He was on 100% disability from his service so he gets that full payment monthly and it’s not deducted from any weekly or biweekly paycheck he would get from any other job he worked

Ok. Let's consider the variables. Dom wasn't your run of the mill, law abiding citizen after his service. Christ people denied he even served for years. So do you think in an imperfect VA realm, & the way our Country has been screwing over our Veterans from Day 1, (Not to mention it's common, law abiding citizen.) That any of this should come as a surprise? He was self medicating to cope. And people want to nit pick his every word and recollection. C'mon man. 99.9% of us, myself included, couldn't hold this mans jock strap. Take it for what it is....His reality. And no disrespect, but Mc Cain is the worst person you could compare most Vet's to. Have you done any research on that guys Military record??? I assume not. Mc Cain got his 100% because of who he was. Not for what he had done.
