Fresh mussels, one kilo.
4 large potatoes.
Half red pepper.

Ingredients Recipe 5. Eggs with tomato.
At least two eggs per person.
Half a red onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
400 g of chopped tomato (fresh or canned).
Spices: Sweet paprika, cumin, cayenne or chili flakes, sugar, salt and fresh parsley.
Olive oil.
Ingredients Recipe 6. Sardine salad.
Canned sardines, small size.
Potatoes.
Lettuce.
Red onion.
Cherry tomatoes.
Asparagus.
Olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano.
Ingredients Recipe 7. Pasta with shrimp
Whole shrimp in shell, 14 - 16 pieces.
Cherry tomatoes, 250 g.
Long pasta, (spaghetti, noodles, ribbons...)
3 garlic cloves.
Laurel.
Olive oil.
Salt and pepper.
Half an onion.
Parsley or fresh basil.
Ingredients Recipe 8. Baked blue fish
One fish of 300 - 400 g per person.
Potatoes.
Peppers.
Onion.
Garlic.
Olive oil.
Fish broth and white wine.
Salt and pepper.
Ingredients Recipe 9. Zucchini with chickpeas and egg
2 zucchini.
500 g of cooked chickpeas.
4 eggs.
Olive oil.
Salt, pepper, paprika and cumin.
Ingredients Recipe 10. Tomato and carrot soup
Ripe tomatoes, 5 or 6.
Half an onion.
2 carrots.
2 cloves of garlic.
Vegetable broth, one liter.
Rice 60 - 80 g. Optional.
Cayenne chilli, pepper, salt and olive oil.
Ingredients Recipe 11. Fish in marinade
Choose a type of fish with few bones. The recipe is made with Swordfish but works for other fish. Halibut, Mako, Dogfish, Emperor Fish even Monkfish are delicious made this way.
Next prepare a marinade with these ingredients:
Cumin, a heaped teaspoon.
Dried oregano, one heaped teaspoon.
Sweet paprika, a heaping teaspoon.
Salt, a heaping teaspoon.
Laurel, 2 or 3 leaves.
Vinegar, half a glass.
Water, the same amount as vinegar.
Garlic, 2 or 3 cloves minced/crushed.
To fry the fish, prepare a flour mixture:
Chickpea flour, 3 tablespoons.
Corn starch, one tablespoon.
To accompany the fish, cherry tomatoes and red onion.
