Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough turned out well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Stretch the dough with your hands.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Form the bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Dust parchment with flour.
Stretch the dough ball with your hands.
Repeat after me.
Shape the bread.
Make a well in the center of the bread.
Brush the bread with water.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 250°C for 13-15 minutes.
To give the bread a golden crust, I use the hot air function.
