I bake bread at least 3 times a week! This is the easiest thing I've ever done! You've probably never eaten bread like this before! Super tasty and very simple recipe.

Ingredients and recipe:
- Water 300 ml
- Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1.5 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
1. Mix with a whisk
- All-purpose wheat flour 470 - 500 g (add in parts)
2. Stir with a spatula
3. Place the dough on the table
4. Knead the dough on the table for 5-6 minutes
5. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
6. Watch the video until the end so as not to miss important points!
7. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
8. Cover with a towel and leave for 50-60 minutes

10. Dough weight 795 g.
11. Roll the dough into a large ball
12. Roll out the dough into an oval measuring 20x35 cm
13. Transfer to baking paper
14. Cover with a towel and leave for 20-25 minutes
- Dill 5 sprigs (3 tbsp chopped)
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive oil 100 ml (6 tbsp)
15. Stir
16. Cut the dough and repeat the process after me
17. Distribute the dill and garlic evenly over the dough
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Cherry tomatoes 6-7 pcs.
18. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15 minutes
- Grate 150 g of mozzarella cheese.
19. Sprinkle with cheese
20. Bake for another 10-15 minutes at 190°C (375°F).
