Important topic ! I have 2 friends that tried it and end up feeling really weak and bad. Me myself when I was desperate and sick I wanted to try this, but my intuition visioned it as hell and raw vegan diet as heaven and I made a right choice! ❤

A healthy lean man's body is made up of around 62 percent water, 16 percent fat, 16 percent protein, 6 percent minerals, and less than 1% carbohydrate. Fat/cholesterol is needed for hormone production etc. protein is critical for skin, brain, tendons, muscle etc. How does a fruit diet meet fat and protein needs? What about essential amino acids, zinc and B12? If we are only supposed to eat fruit where do we get b12 from? Supplementing? Did they have supplements when we evolved? And zinc is incredibly difficult to source from fruit. And if you say nuts, look up how many 100s of grams you need to get 100% daily zinc requirement. That’s not even mentioning other crucial minerals. What about omega 3s crucial for brain health. You could say avocado or chia, but the body only absorbs a tiny amount of plant omega 3. Why not eat a balanced diet, including eggs, fruit, vegetables, nuts. Maybe some fish and seafood? Why so extreme?
