Good vdo informative. PCOD is rampant from adolescence to menopause. It is the new age lifestyle disease which needs to b addressed by lifestyle modification. Exercise and wt management are the cornerstones of treatment. Good job Sourabh for spreading awareness about this silent disease

Thanks for the video. Along with walk in the moonlight, I also drink moon light charged water first thing in the morning. Every night I leave a big glass jar of water in moon light and drink it early morning.

Just in one month, regular walking and ur yoga challenge, my period comes exact in a month 🙂superhappy, because I have tendency of irregular periods.. Always get delayed by 10-15 days.. 😅😅Such a relief 😅😅please want to continue with yoga practice which I m doing with challenge 🙏🙏🙏thanks alot 🙏🙂
